As a Customs Staff at Victor Indonesia, you'll work closely with our trading partners and logistics providers to ensure all shipments comply with Indonesian customs regulations. You'll handle everything from import/export declarations to duty calculations and compliance reporting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
- Process import and export declarations using SITARA and other customs software
- Calculate and collect duties, taxes, and other fees
- Manage customs documentation and ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations
- Coordinate with trading partners and logistics providers to resolve customs issues
- Monitor customs procedures and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Maintain accurate records of customs transactions
- Assist in customs audits and inspections when required
- Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and industry best practices
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Trade, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customs clearance or related roles
- Strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with customs software such as SITARA and other relevant systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
