📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Work closely with development teams to ensure that financial goals are met.
Provide strategic financial advice to support the growth of our projects.
Manage financial planning and analysis, including cash flow management and investment analysis.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
Lead financial audits and internal controls to maintain financial integrity.
Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors and management.
Develop and implement financial strategies to maximize profitability and minimize risk.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of financial software, including QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and standards.
Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
