In this pivotal role, you will be the custodian of Samara Lombok's master plan, ensuring that every development aligns with our vision for a sustainable, resilient, and vibrant community. Based in Lombok, you will work closely with our development team to translate our vision into tangible projects that enhance the quality of life for our residents.

As the Master Planning Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive master plans that guide the physical, social, and environmental development of our estate. You will leverage your expertise in urban planning and architecture to design spaces that are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing and environmentally sustainable. Your work will include conducting feasibility studies, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that all projects adhere to local regulations and best practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain comprehensive master plans for Samara Lombok estate, ensuring alignment with sustainability and community needs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments for proposed developments.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee the design and implementation of infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, and public spaces.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices in urban planning and architecture.
• Monitor project progress and make data-driven decisions to optimize resource use and project outcomes.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to highlight the unique features and benefits of our estate.
• Represent Samara Lombok at industry events and conferences to showcase our commitment to sustainable development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in master planning and urban development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and environmental regulations.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with local regulations and best practices in Lombok.
• Certification in LEED or other relevant sustainability certifications is a plus.
