📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages with attention to detail and speed.
• Maintain a clean and organized café, including restocking supplies and cleaning as needed.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the point-of-sale system.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking.
• Promote our menu items and specials to encourage customer purchases.
• Stay informed about our products and be able to answer customer questions about our chocolates and desserts.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or food service role.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for food and customer interaction.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
