In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including facility maintenance, space management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will work closely with our team to implement and monitor maintenance schedules, manage inventory, and handle any facility-related issues promptly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain and update facility records, including maintenance logs, inventory, and equipment status.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to schedule and manage maintenance work.
• Monitor and manage facility budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Implement and enforce facility policies and procedures to maintain a safe and comfortable working environment.
• Handle and resolve facility-related issues and complaints promptly.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of facility reports and documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of facility management practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a hospitality or office environment.
• Proficient in using facility management software such as FMPro, ServiceMax, or similar.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
