📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Inspect construction sites daily to identify and address any issues promptly.
• Manage and mentor a team of skilled workers, fostering a culture of safety and productivity.
• Utilize AutoCAD and BIM software to plan and execute construction projects efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, cost estimates, and other documentation as required.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on project strategies and improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD and BIM software.
• Valid construction foreman certification or equivalent.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
