📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize supply chain processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products,Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement,Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement,Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards,Lead and mentor junior supply chain staff,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of supply chain activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or related field,Proven track record of managing and optimizing supply chain processes,Strong knowledge of supply chain software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards,Fluency in Indonesian and English
