📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain standards.,Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.,Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.,Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ensure materials are available when needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
