📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Oversee the payroll process, including processing payments, calculating taxes, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.,Provide financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
