Crown Sky Pratama is looking for a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide excellent service to our customers. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the restaurant from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with the team and customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop the restaurant staff to ensure they provide excellent service and meet customer expectations.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food.,Ensure that the restaurant's financial targets are met, including revenue, profit, and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and cost control.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
