📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and procuring high-quality ingredients and supplies for the restaurant.
  • Working closely with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that we have the right ingredients on hand.
  • Negotiating with suppliers to ensure that we are getting the best possible prices on our ingredients.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all purchases and inventory.
  • Ensuring that all ingredients and supplies meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in food procurement.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of purchasing policies and procedures.
  • Providing regular reports on purchasing activities and trends.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
