📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of fit-out and construction projects from inception to completion.,Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project execution.,Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards to ensure compliance with project requirements.,Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.,Prepare and submit progress reports, project updates, and other relevant documentation.,Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address project requirements and resolve any issues.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project supervision or field project execution in the fit-out and construction industry.,Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
