📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily pumping operations to ensure seamless execution and efficiency.
Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
Conduct safety inspections and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices to improve efficiency and productivity.
Provide regular reports and updates on operational performance and progress.
Train and mentor junior staff to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the mining and energy sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management in the mining or energy sector.
Strong knowledge of mining and energy operations, including pumping systems and equipment.
Certification in safety management and risk assessment (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH).
Proficient in using industry-standard software such as SAP, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
