📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including production, logistics, and customer service.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective operations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other operational software is a plus.
