📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the health center, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring that they are trained and motivated.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the health center, identifying areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Manage the health center's budget, ensuring that it is used effectively and efficiently.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.,Ensure that the health center is well-maintained and equipped with the necessary resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry.,Proven track record in managing operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Experience in managing budgets and financial resources is a plus.
