📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the brand and increase customer engagement.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and print.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize campaigns and improve results.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
• Manage the brand's social media presence and engage with customers online.
• Attend trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to build relationships with industry professionals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and coffee.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B or coffee industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for coffee.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant marketing software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
