📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the learning needs of employees.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Evaluate and report on the impact of training programs on employee performance and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
