📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Coordinate with various departments to meet production targets and deadlines.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.,Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain quality and consistency.,Lead and mentor a team of operations staff to ensure high performance and morale.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
