📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and implementing effective strategies.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on performance and trends.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency in client interactions.,Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.,Develop and implement account management plans to meet client needs and exceed expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing key client relationships and driving sales growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
