📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or similar setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
