📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide Level 1 IT support to resolve hardware and software issues for B2C operations.
• Assist with network and system configurations to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct user training and documentation to enhance IT literacy.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems to prevent downtime and ensure data security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Provide timely and effective communication to internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to improve support services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Proficient in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with network protocols and hardware troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic understanding of retail operations and B2C processes.
