📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions to ensure accurate hiring.Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide timely feedback on candidates.Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate data.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring processes.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced industry like hospitality or retail.Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools, such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and others.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and quotas.Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.🛠️ Keahlian
