📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Deliver high-quality dental services, including consultations, treatments, and aftercare.
• Drive sales by promoting our products and services effectively.
• Manage the clinic’s front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling customer inquiries.
• Ensure the clinic is clean and well-organized at all times.
• Assist the dental team with patient care and treatment procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of patient information and clinic transactions.
• Promote our clinic on social media and other marketing channels to attract new customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the dental industry.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and driving sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with dental software and tools, such as Dentrix or Practice Fusion.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in dental assisting or customer service a plus.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must.
• Passionate about dentistry and committed to providing the best possible care to patients.
