📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Maintain and update training records and documentation.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training instructors.,Ensure compliance with all relevant training and development regulations and policies.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their development goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
