📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract top talent.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Team.,Assist in conducting background checks and reference verifications.,Help in organizing and managing recruitment events and job fairs.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
