Toko Elektronik Gilang Restaurant is looking for a Deputy Production Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing a team of production staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met,Manage and mentor a team of production staff,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking,Conduct quality checks and address any issues that arise,Implement and maintain safety protocols in the production area,Track production metrics and provide regular reports to management,Participate in production planning and scheduling

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production management role,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality standards,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with inventory management software,Experience in a food or beverage production environment is a plus,Must be able to lift and move heavy objects
