📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Inspect construction sites daily to identify and address any issues promptly.
Manage and mentor a team of skilled workers, fostering a culture of safety and productivity.
Utilize AutoCAD and BIM software to plan and execute construction projects efficiently.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
Prepare and submit progress reports, cost estimates, and other documentation as required.
Participate in project meetings and provide input on project strategies and improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in using AutoCAD and BIM software.
Valid construction foreman certification or equivalent.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
