📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage medication therapy, including medication ordering, dispensing, and administration.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication use and improve patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
• Provide pharmaceutical care to patients, including medication counseling and education.
• Monitor and evaluate medication therapy to identify and address potential issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Clinical Pharmacy Officer or similar role in a healthcare setting.
• Certification from the Indonesian Pharmacy Association (IAP) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and pharmacy management systems.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian pharmacy regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
