📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Prepare and cook various dishes for the restaurant.,Assist in inventory management and purchasing.,Train and supervise kitchen staff.,Participate in menu planning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and Western cuisine.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
