Site Engineer - Civil & Structural Projects

GDB INFRA SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Site Engineer to join our team and oversee the execution of civil and structural projects in Badung, Bali. This role offers a competitive salary package and the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and rewarding projects.

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and supervision of construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Planning and coordinating construction activities
• Supervising project teams and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Conducting site inspections and ensuring adherence to project specifications
• Preparing and reviewing project reports and documentation
• Managing project budgets and schedules
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Providing technical support and guidance to project teams
• Representing the company at meetings and events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in site engineering
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English
• Valid driver's license
• Commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
