📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing and maintaining accurate cash records and financial transactions.,Preparing and reviewing financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.,Training and supervising junior cashiers and accounting staff.,Conducting bank reconciliations and ensuring accurate bank statements.,Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.,Handling cash deposits and withdrawals, and maintaining cash flow records.,Providing financial advice and recommendations to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in cashier accounting or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) is a plus.
