📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.
  • Inspect and test finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor production team members, providing guidance and support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues and improve overall performance.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning software is a plus.
  • Proven track record of driving operational improvements and increasing productivity.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Bali and Indonesia.
