📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach pharmacy courses including pharmacology, pharmacy practice, and pharmaceutical technology
• Develop and update the pharmacy curriculum to meet industry standards and student needs
• Conduct research and publish findings in academic journals
• Provide guidance and mentorship to students in their academic and professional development
• Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the quality of pharmaceutical education
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of the academic program
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in the pharmaceutical field and incorporate them into the curriculum
• Evaluate and assess student performance through exams, projects, and other assessment methods

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical education or practice
• Professional certification as an Apoteker (Pharmacist) from the Indonesian Pharmacy Association (IAP)
• Strong teaching and communication skills
• Ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective lessons
• Experience in curriculum development and assessment
• Knowledge of modern pharmaceutical technologies and tools
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
