📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a section of employees, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the section, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Manage and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and impartial manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Monitor and report on section performance metrics to senior management.,Participate in training and development programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in section leadership or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Experience in a similar role in a retail or wholesale environment is a plus.
