📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and quality control protocols.
• Manage and coordinate with laboratory technicians, ensuring timely and accurate test results.
• Optimize laboratory workflow to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, including Siemens Healthineers LabStar and Roche Cobas systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, such as those set by the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
• Train and mentor junior staff to uphold high standards of laboratory practice.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory services.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure accurate and timely reporting of test results to patients and referring physicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory administration, with a strong background in clinical laboratory operations.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in using laboratory information systems such as LabStar LIMS and Cobas E411.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality control protocols in the medical laboratory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and collaborate with medical professionals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards.
