Plus Root Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Staff to join our team in Purwokerto, Jawa Tengah. As an Inventory Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing our inventory system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, and supporting our operations team. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update inventory records accurately and efficiently.,Conduct regular physical and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.,Process and manage purchase orders, receiving, and stock transfers.,Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate inventory information.,Monitor inventory levels and generate reports on inventory status and trends.,Assist in the implementation of new inventory management systems and processes.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.,Provide support to the team during peak periods and special projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
