Hokian Indra Coffee is looking for a dedicated Deputy Training Officer to join our team in Samarinda. As a Deputy Training Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on various aspects of their roles.,Assist in the creation and updating of training materials and resources.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.,Collaborate with the Training Officer to ensure the smooth execution of training activities.,Support the HR team in organizing and managing training events and activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee development plans.,Provide guidance and support to new employees during their onboarding process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development roles.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
