We are looking for a Deputy Learning Development to join our team in Kupang. This role is crucial in driving our learning and development initiatives, ensuring our employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design relevant programs.,Coordinate with external trainers and facilitators to deliver effective training sessions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Provide guidance and support to employees on career development opportunities.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Assist in the creation and maintenance of learning and development policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
