📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook dishes according to the chef's specifications.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Clean and maintain the kitchen equipment and workspace.,Follow health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
